This strategic forum of reflection aims to guide the action of the IAS Resource Center and support the programming of its activities.
It is composed of the Piloting Committee of the Resource Center, the various components of the OFB, representatives of some key national structures and people invited for their recognized expertise and experience on IAS.
This committee meets once a year.
